How long does it take to get my order?
Please allow us up to 14-21 days for shipping and delivery from the date of your order.
Please note, all carriers are experiencing delays in processing and delivery due to unprecedented volumes and COVID safety restrictions. As a result your order may experience gaps and delays in tracking event updates.
Things to Keep in Mind: Order numbers don’t instantly update with available delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a 5-7 business day timeframe.
What is your Return/Refund Policy?
We only allow returns within 30 days after the delivery of your order. If more than 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or price equivalent in store credit. For more details, please visit our Refund Policy page.
What is your Exchange Policy?
For an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected by our customer service center, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns may be exchanged or issued a store credit to the purchase price. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact our customer service team via email@example.com
